Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

eyyy, i just read your reply above about not being able to get a job in the design industry, maybe its your local area? try moving if your serious about it, or maybe even go to uni or college depending on what qualifications you already have, you've obviously got talent it would be a shame to let it go to waste.

I don't really know in all honesty Rob. I've been trying to get a design job in my local area and so far I've have no luck at all, so I'm thinking I'm not cut out for it, but I've got no real skills, apart from design.

Maybe I'm just giving up too son eh?

I think you're givin up a bit too easy actually. It's a hard struggle, seriously, indeed. The competition is fierce and the industry is filled with traps hehe.

The luck you cannot find in once place you gotta seek elsewhere, ya know :D. It's always about moving after where there's jobs and not just look in the surroundings for craps when you get get gold in another city ^^.

What have you tried so far and how you present yourself when you go and show your porfolio 'n such?

If you're into design and like it so much that you'd like to pursuit if you could, then it's more than enough reasons why you should work for it. Concidered education?
I'm on that track now. Got into this school. 3 years of Digital Image Production. We'll see wher I end up when that's over hehe.
I'm gonna try to freelance if I haven't found anything by then to make my living so I'm attacking the marked as soon as I step outside the saftey grounds of the school ;D.
