Graphic card problems?

Sun Oct 21, 2007, 4:45 PM
I've got this really odd graphic card problem. I'll give you an example, gradients. They don't show properly. Instead of looking like a normal gradient... When I use the gradient tool I just get highly intense faded circles which look fucking horrible. I've got no idea how to fix the problem. Anyone had anything similar?

This image shows the problem I'm having :(

no idea. does this happen in just photoshop or gradients in general? could be a problem with the color settings maybe?
:iconbladeshock:
It seems to be only happening in Photoshop atm.

could be a part of your settings, maybe something got changed, try it in different modes, Image > modes > and let me know if its changed at all.
:iconbladeshock:
Choosing different modes makes it far far worse. Any ideas?

If you save the file will the problem remain?

Then it is definitely photoshop. Did you install it recently?

If you really think its a graphic card problem, try to uninstall and install the graphic card controller "Drivers". This may solve the problem.

Haven't installed Photoshop recently, no.

I've also tried to reinstall my drivers and nothing has changed.
